Leadership
Dave is the Founder and Managing Director of CNC Project Management, with over 35 years of experience in infrastructure development, project planning and strategic leadership. Under his guidance, CNC has become the leading consultancy in Australia in land access, regulatory approvals, stakeholder engagement, and environmental management across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Dave has received numerous awards for his contribution to the industry and is a former President and Board Member of the Australian Pipeline & Gas Association. Drawing on a career that spans major infrastructure developments and the growing renewable sector, Dave provides clients with significant expertise and guidance navigating complex and high impact projects.
Liz is a highly experienced energy and infrastructure professional who has worked across a range of projects throughout Australia. She is an outstanding leader and her strategic vision and commitment to excellence positions CNC as the leading force in the industry. Liz’s dedication to building strong client relationships ensures CNC is the trusted provider in Australia. Liz is a current Board Member of the Australian Pipeline & Gas Association. She is also passionate about cultivating a positive, inclusive workplace culture. She believes that empowering employees and encouraging professional development are key drivers of the company’s ongoing success.
Tricia has over 30 years of experience in business management and holds a Master of Business Administration. She has significant knowledge in ISO certification, financial management, administration, information technology, human resourcing and leadership and has a strong track record of driving efficiency, supporting strategic growth, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Marcus is an accomplished project manager specializing in energy projects, with expertise in stakeholder engagement, land liaison, and strategic communications. He excels in building strong relationships with stakeholders and landowners while leading teams through project phases.
Sharon is an experienced communications and engagement practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in communications and stakeholder engagement across local government and infrastructure projects.
Kyle is experienced in geographic information systems (GIS), data management, project management, data analysis, 3D visualisations, integration and automation, specialising in planning, government and infrastructure projects across Australia.
