Who we are
CNC Project Management is a project management consultancy composed of experienced, multi-disciplinary professionals working on diverse infrastructure projects across Australia.
We work in complex environments, navigating the successful delivery of state-significant assets. These can cross state boundaries and involve large land areas and multiple stakeholder interests.
Our team’s skill set is applied across all linear infrastructure types requiring permits and approvals, environmental planning and extensive engagement with government, stakeholders and communities.
We bring people together to agree a project’s design, planning and environmental requirements and deliver engagement to make the project happen.
CNC is an employee-owned company founded on the values of trust, passion, innovation and sustainability. Our team is comprised of people who share these values.
Why we’re different

- Delivering value for money – We make sure the right people are on hand to complete the job. We leverage our existing relationships with stakeholders and regulators, paving the way for efficient project approvals and helping to resolve issues early
- Practical and meaningful in our approach – We believe innovation comes from working closely with our clients to understand your project vision and selecting the right deliverables that will make a difference. Our experienced practitioners use tried and tested methodologies that align with your objectives
